Online Return and Exchange (purchases made online):
Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with the product you received. If the product you received is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.
Once a return authorization has been issued to you, return instructions will be provided.
Once we receive the return, the cost of the product will be refunded to you. If product is being exchanged, a replacement product will be sent to you.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping cost of returned and exchanged products. Returns and Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied by original receipt. Beyond 30 days we are not able to offer a return or exchange. Exchanges must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please track your return.
