Online Return and Exchange (purchases made online):

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with the product you received. If the product you received is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, please contact us at info@mypetfoodstore.com and we will make it right.

Once a return authorization has been issued to you, please send product to:

Once we receive the return, the cost of the product will be refunded to you. If product is being exchanged, a replacement product will be sent to you.

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping cost of returned and exchanged products. Returns and Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied by original receipt. Beyond 30 days we are not able to offer a return or exchange. Exchanges must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please track your return.


In-Store Return and Exchange (purchases made in-store):

If you have made your purchase in store and are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange product by bringing it to:

Returns and Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and accompanied by original receipt. Beyond 30 days we are not able to offer a return or exchange. Exchanges must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.


Discontinued Products & Products Not Eligible for Return and Exchange:

All sales are final on products that have been discontinued. These products are not eligible for Return and Exchange. To maintain safety, sanitary, and quality control for the benefit of all our customers, products that are not eligible for Return and Exchange are: health & wellness/supplements, dental, treats, toys, chews, apparel, beds, collars, leashes, harnesses, litter, grooming/shampoos, and raw frozen items.

Again, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your product falls within the “not eligible for Return and Exchange”, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.


Online Pricing (IMAP):

You may occasionally notice that our online pricing differs from our in-store pricing. This is due to (IMAP) Internet Minimum Advertised Price. In order to sell certain products online, My Pet Food Store has agreed adhere to the minimum online pricing that is set by each pet product manufacturer. We cannot accept any return, exchange, or refund any pricing differences that may occur between in-store and online pricing.
