Shipping:

We ship to all contiguous States in the USA. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or to PO Boxes. HEAVY items (packages weighing over 20lbs) do NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING due to the cost of shipping exceeding the difference between the wholesale cost and retail cost of the item. We are also unable to ship Raw Frozen items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank you very much.

Most packages are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) within 24 hours after order has been placed. Estimated arrival is typically 2-3 business days. Products may be sent in separate packages. We are closed most major holidays. Packages are shipped Monday - Friday. Once package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email with tracking information.

In Store Returns: We only accept returns for items if they are defective or damaged. Returns only with original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please bring your product with receipt to:

Exchange Policy: Items Eligible for Exchange
Items that are eligible for exchange must be accompanied by original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges must be unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available in store only. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange. These sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged. Items that can NOT be returned/exchanged/refunded: supplements and health related products, dental items, treats, toys, chews, apparel, beds, collars, leashes, harnesses, litter, cleaning aids, shampoos/hygiene related products, and raw frozen items.

Online Pricing (IMAP)
You may occasionally notice that our online pricing differs from our in store pricing. This is due to (IMAP) Internet Minimum Advertised Price. In order to sell certain foods online, My Pet Food Store has agreed to, and thereby honors, the minimum online pricing that is set by each pet food manufacturer. As such, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns based upon any pricing difference that may occur.
